State of NH State Parks

Pass use requires patrons to plan in advance. Patrons may reserve the pass on the Library website or call/visit the library to make the pass reservation, but the pass must be picked up IN PERSON.  It does not need to be returned. The pass DOES NOT guarantee access to any park.  It covers the admission fee only but does not make the specific park reservation (see below). Pass is valid for 2 adults and up to 4 dependents to gain access at no additional charge to all New Hampshire day-use parks.

PLEASE NOTE: The pass is NOT valid at the Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway, the Flume Gorge, Hampton Beach State Park – South Beach or Wallis Sands State Park. The pass cannot be used for camping and is not valid at the metered parking. The pass is ONLY valid for the date listed on the pass. There is no cash value on the pass and the pass cannot be exchanged for a different date. Reservations at a specific park: Advanced day-use reservations are the only way to guarantee access to a park. To make your reservation, visit: https://www.nhstateparks.org/planning/day-use-reservations When requesting a reservation, you will be charged a $1 non-refundable reservation fee charged by the software company. To avoid being charged the admission fee, you will indicate you have a library pass when making the reservation. The system will remove the admission fees, but you will be responsible for the $1 reservation fee. When you visit the park, the pass will be verified at the tollbooth. The toll attendant will issue a ticket or receipt and enter the pass number and library information into the computer. You do not need to return the pass.
