Poetry Reading and workshop with Abbie Keifer In-Person
Writing the Quotidian: A Poetry Reading and Generative Workshop
In this one-hour session, poet Abbie Kiefer will read briefly from her book, Certain Shelter, and lead a generative poetry writing session. Both the reading and the workshop will focus on poems about the everyday and how we can use the mundane and quotidian in our art. All experience levels—including no experience!—welcome.

Abbie Kiefer is the author of Certain Shelter (June Road Press, 2024). Her work is forthcoming or has appeared in Copper Nickel, Gulf Coast, The Missouri Review, Pleiades, Ploughshares, Prairie Schooner, The Southern Review, and other places.
